At dylantia, we know you are eager to start a more effortless cleaning experience. That is why we focus not only on the quality of our tools but also on ensuring every product arrives at your doorstep safely and on time. From our warehouse to your home, we are with you every step of the way.

1. Order Processing

  • Quick Response: All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Schedules: We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be prioritized on the following business day.

2. Shipping Estimates & Costs

We currently serve the contiguous United States with flexible shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

  • Free Shipping Policy: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $49. For orders under $49, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Real-Time Tracking

  • As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

  • You can use this number to monitor your tools' journey in real-time through the carrier's website or our store’s tracking page.

4. Shipping Protection & Support

  • Secure Packaging: To ensure items like plungers or long-handled scrubbers aren't damaged during transit, we use reinforced, custom-sized boxes.

  • Loss or Damage: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received the item, or if the packaging arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at service@dylantia.com. We will launch an immediate investigation and arrange a replacement for you.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
