From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to decide if a product is the right fit for your home.

Return Condition: To ensure a smooth process, items must be returned in their original purchase condition—unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, personal cleaning tools that have been used in water (such as used toilet brushes or dish scrubbers) cannot be returned unless they possess a clear manufacturing defect.
