1. The 30-Day Satisfaction Window

From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to decide if a product is the right fit for your home.

  • Return Condition: To ensure a smooth process, items must be returned in their original purchase condition—unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, personal cleaning tools that have been used in water (such as used toilet brushes or dish scrubbers) cannot be returned unless they possess a clear manufacturing defect.

2. Damages & Quality Issues

We understand the challenges of long-distance shipping. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival:

  • If you find a product is damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was sent, please contact us at service@dylantia.com right away.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email service@dylantia.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once you receive our confirmation and return instructions, please ship the item back to our center.

  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you immediately.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
