Every dylantia tool—from the vacuum suction of our plungers to the weave density of our scrubbers—undergoes professional-grade testing. Our goal is to provide tools that work efficiently while looking like a seamless part of your home decor.

Product Use & Care

Q: I own expensive non-stick pans; will your artisan scrubbers really not scratch them?

A: You can clean with complete peace of mind. Our scrubbers use specialized fiber friction to lift grime rather than physical cutting. They are much gentler than traditional steel wool or hard sponges and are specifically designed for high-end coated cookware to ensure you leave only a shine, not a scratch.

Q: Does the handle on the extendable scrubber collapse while I’m applying pressure? A: Not at all. We utilize a "Secure Lock-in System." Once you adjust the pole to your desired length and twist to tighten, it remains rigid even during heavy-duty scrubbing of floors or tubs, providing you with solid leverage.

Q: Will the base of the toilet brush and plunger set collect water and cause odors?

A: We’ve designed a smart solution for that. Our bases feature a 360° lateral ventilation structure. Unlike the fully enclosed bases found on the market, the dylantia base allows for airflow, enabling the brush head to air-dry quickly. This inhibits the growth of bacteria and odors at the source.

Q: What if the tool I ordered doesn't fit my bathroom or kitchen space?

A: We want every dylantia tool in your home to be a perfect fit. We offer a 30-day "Peace of Mind" return policy. As long as the tool is unused and remains in its original packaging, you can contact us to arrange a return or exchange.

Q: What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

 A: We take full responsibility for the journey to your doorstep. Please take a photo of the damage and contact us at service@dylantia.com within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will immediately ship a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you.

Q: Is your customer support automated or will I speak to a person?

A: At dylantia, you are supported by real people. While we use automated systems for order confirmations, every inquiry email is read and answered personally by a member of our team. We believe only a human can truly understand the needs of a homeowner who values quality.
